- 64-Bit Application Upgrade—a technology back-end upgrade delivering dramatic stability and speed improvements
- Tracking Board—a new patient management feature that helps your team track patients as they move through the practice, ideal for display on a central monitor
- Enhancements to the optional CGM AMBI—including configurable AI summary detail levels, Spanish-language support in the Chat tab, and automatic E&M code validation based on visit history
- Enhancements to the optional CGM INDEX.AI—smarter, more automated fax and document filing to reduce administrative burden
- Full Note Dashboard (FND) improvements—new horizontal navigation tabs, redesigned growth charts, and a new Care Management tile
- Enhancements to the optional CGM PAY—comprehensive surcharge handling for automatic and manual payment allocation
- Automated G2211 add-on coding for qualifying home and residence visit superbills
