CGM User Conference is open to every user of CGM software and services, including but not limited to our EHR software, practice management solutions, laboratory information systems, EDI, and billing services. Vendor partners may also attend if they are registered as sponsors for the event.
We are welcoming all of our users for this conference. To accomplish this, we will have product-specific sessions as well as general sessions with a broader appeal. Our goal is to create an agenda that is exciting for everyone, regardless of which solutions they currently use.
Yes, you may bring up to one guest with you (age 21+) for the welcome reception and the evening celebration. Please register and pay for that person in advance since we have to plan for catering. Contact us at conference.us@cgm.com if you would like to arrange these details.
CompuGroup Medical and the CGM User Conference team will send notifications via email and will attempt to reach many clients by phone, as well. We will also post notifications in the CGM PORTAL for users who have access to that.

All cancellation requests must be in writing. Registrants canceling prior to August 1, 2026, will receive a refund of fees paid less a $100 administrative fee. Registrants should email conference.us@cgm.com with cancellation requests.
Registrants canceling on or after August 1, 2026, for any reason, will not receive a refund. CGM will not waive this policy. Registrants unable to attend and ineligible for a refund may still transfer their registration to another individual as noted above.
In the event CGM must cancel the User Conference at any time due to "Unforeseen Circumstances," as defined below, CGM will provide registrants with a credit towards the next User Conference. No further refund of fees shall be issued.
Unforeseen Circumstances are defined as circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CGM, such as elements of nature, acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, global pandemic, public health emergency, etc.
