Coding Validation

Available as an add-on to our revenue cycle management or workforce augmentation packages.

While your practice enters charges normally, our specialists will review your documentation to validate coding accuracy. ARIA will review each superbill, invoice, and claim as well as E&M visits, surgeries, procedures, tests, modifiers, and your ICD-10 usage. Our team recommends updates to your coding procedures, delivers weekly or monthly findings reports, and addresses any discrepancies.

Abstract Coding

Available as an add-on to our revenue cycle management or workforce augmentation packages.

Our full-service option, Abstract Coding means our specialists will do your coding for you, working directly from documentation you provide. Our team enters your charges, ensures coding is properly documented in patient notes, reviews patient charts when rejections require corrections, and provides those coding corrections as needed.

Coding Audit

Available as a one-time ARIA Coding Services project or ongoing review.

Our coding audit takes a look at your E&M services to ensure the level billed is fully supported by documentation. We identify overcoding, undercoding, and compliance risks. We uncover any missed procedures, provide the correct CPT® codes, and offer one-on-one provider training to improve coding and documentation.
