CGM telehealth solution offers the medical field the ability to engage with patients from anywhere

CGM launched its CGM ELVI (Electronic Videoconsulting) platform in the US and presented the telehealth solution at the HLTH and WeHaveAFace conferences.

CGM's telehealth solution offers the medical field the ability to engage with patients from anywhere via web, phone or mobile app in minutes.

HLTH is the world's largest conference for health innovation. Scott Dale, Senior Account Manager, gave a well-attended presentation about CGM ELVI’s capabilities and how this platform improves the patients’ health and quality of life.

At the event, CompuGroup Medical representatives shared its expertise regarding telehealth and how CGM ELVI will improve providers' portfolios.

The annual WeHaveAFace conference aims to broaden global awareness of Huntington's and Juvenile Huntington's disease. CGM presented CGM ELVI as an option for patients who are often too ill to leave their homes to receive medical care. CGM ELVI helps patients with rare diseases connect with professionals worldwide.

Medical progress through telehealth

"A person’s health is their most valuable possession. With intelligent IT, we help preserve it. We encourage communication in the healthcare sector and ensure that costs are kept low. Every person should be able to benefit from medical progress with the help of IT and innovative telehealth solutions," stated Benedikt Brueckle, CEO, CompuGroup Medical US. "Our goal in the next 12 months is to introduce our teleheath solution to immobilized patients and those in rural areas so they get access to the best possible healthcare available."

James Valvano, Founder/President of WeHaveAFace said, "We have many close relationships with medical professionals around the world. Our patients and caregivers sometimes face challenges such as not being able to see a doctor in a timely fashion, especially with many unexpected situations Huntington's and Juvenile Huntington's disease brings on a daily basis."
