Austin, TX – CompuGroup Medical US, Inc.’s ARIA Health Services (ARIA) continues to solidify its position as a leading provider of revenue cycle management, credentialing, and enrollment services in the US with the acquisition of the assets of Advanced Consulting Solutions, Inc. dba (ACS) based in Dearborn, Michigan. ACS is a leading provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) services in Michigan.
The acquisition perfectly complements the existing CGM portfolio, which includes ARIA and CGM APRIMA. It opens up the ability to cross-sell products into the existing customer bases as well as to new markets through existing sales channels. CompuGroup Medical is one of the top four vendors for ambulatory EHR and practice management software, and RCM services in the United States.
