Employees representing the Lab Division of CompuGroup Medical US (CGM US) came together to start the year off by donating more than $1,000 and dozens of pantry items to the Maryland Food Bank.
Executive Assistant Lydia DeTello delivered the team's pantry items to the Community Crisis Center in Reisterstown, which is one of the distribution partners for the Maryland Food Bank. The team has held food drives in the past, but this was the first year team members could donate money virtually to benefit the cause.
"The CGM team raised enough funds to provide up to 3,000 meals for Marylanders facing food insecurity," DeTello said. "With this amazing teamwork, we have truly made a difference in our community."
