By signing the Company’s Order Form, Customer affirmatively consents to the Terms of Service, which is comprised of the following documents, and includes, but is not limited to, the General Terms and Conditions Applicable to All Software and Services (“General Terms and Conditions”), Company’s Business Associate Addendum, and any applicable Schedules for Software, Services, or Addenda (collectively, “Schedules”). No further acceptance or signature is required by Company to enforce the Terms of Service. By signing the Company’s Order Form, you represent that you have the authority and right to bind you organization (“Customer”) to its terms and conditions.
