CGM APRIMA - v19.2 Hotfix 1515 now available 

CompuGroup Medical is happy to announce the release of Hotfix 1515 for users with CGM APRIMA v19.2. This hotfix contains key feature improvements and enhancements to the calendar date picker, EHI Data Dictionary, and improved application responsiveness.

 

Review all of this and more in the hotfix guide, available on the CGM APRIMA documentation page of the CGM Portal page. Please review this guide so that you are aware of the included changes and the steps to install the update. The latest ONC certification information for CGM APRIMA has also been updated at emds.com/certifications.

If you need assistance applying this hotfix, contact CGM Support so we can schedule a time to apply this for you. To improve scheduling speed, please include two to three dates and times that work best for you.

CGM Support hours update

In observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, CGM Support will be closed on December 22 and 25, 2023 as well as January 1, 2024. On these days, CGM Support will be available for critical support only via our support line, (877) 564-4414.  

 

We will resume our normal hours at 8 AM ET on December 26, and again on January 2, respectively.

CGM APRIMA client support mailbox decommissioning 

As a reminder, from January 1, 2024, we will no longer accept CGM APRIMA ticket creation emails via the legacy aprimaclientsupport@emds.com or aprimaclientsupport@aprima.com email addresses.

 

The new CGM Portal provides multiple and better avenues to create new support tickets with capabilities to view, filter, and update existing tickets. Thus we are ending the use of these mailboxes to create a ticket with our support team.  

  

We will continue to use the aprimaclientsupport@emds.com address for other outbound support related communications, such as notifications and upgrade scheduling, but this address will continue to produce a bounce back reminding customers that it should no longer be utilized for ticket creation in the new year. 

  

With this change, we will move solely to the CGM Portal and phone queue for managing support requests. Please update any bookmarks and shortcuts you may be using. 

  

You can contact us at (877) 564-4414 between 8 AM and 8 PM ET Monday through Friday for non-critical requests and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for down system support.

 

This does not affect ticket updates/communications via the support@emds-us.cgm.com email address. This can still be used to reply and update your existing CGM support tickets. Note: this address is not used to create tickets.   

CGM Portal update – Critical alert, software release, support and service update notifications, and more

With the implementation of our “Latest News” section in the CGM Portal dashboard, we want to be sure that our customers and partners know that this location is where you should expect to see a number of important and useful announcements.

 

We will leverage this to post critical alerts related to CGM solutions or partners, new release notifications, support and service updates and much more. Please review this and regularly check back in for critical issues, notifications, and updates.

Available now: CGM LYTEC 2024 & CGM MEDISOFT v28

Asset allocation update

We are working to finalize the feature that lets you make your own asset allocation within the CGM Portal. However, we were not able to roll this functionality out prior to the general availability of CGM MEDISOFT v28 and CGM LYTEC 2024.

 

For now, please follow the same order process as during pre-sale. Submit your CGM MEDISOFT or CGM LYTEC orders as usual.

 

If your customer is on an older version of the software and is interested in receiving the current version, you will need to submit an administration/account case to our Customer Operations team.

CGM eMDs v10.0.1601 and Code Content now available 

CompuGroup Medical is happy to announce the release of the latest service pack for CGM eMDs v10. This service pack includes new enhancements to meet EHI (Electronic Health Information) data standards requirements and CCDA improvements along with other fixes.

 

To learn more about these enhancements and download the latest update, visit the CGM eMDs Resource Center in the CGM Portal. The latest ONC certification information for v10 has also been updated at emds.com/certifications.

 

In addition to the new service pack, CGM eMDs code content is now available on the in the CGM eMDs Resource Center. Please review the latest available codes and ensure you remain up to date on your code content.

 

For our CGM eMDs Hosted customers, there are no additional steps required as you have received this service pack already and we will be applying the latest code updates for you.
