If you have updated your MEDEDI password and username to align with the POPIA requirements by adding your OTP destination details, in the form of a personal Email address or Cell Phone number, then the process will be as simple as pressing the
“Forgot Password” button below the password entry box at login. Pressing this will send an OTP to either your CELL Number or E-Mail address provided and will allow you to reset your password after entering the received OTP into the login password box.
NOTE: This will need a working internet connection to work.
