2026 is a milestone year for CGM Software Romania. We are celebrating 10 years since our journey began. 10 years of building, learning, iterating, and growing, always guided by a clear purpose: creating technology that genuinely improves healthcare.
Today, CGM Software Romania is much more than a development hub. We are a place where complex healthcare challenges are transformed into scalable digital products, where multidisciplinary teams collaborate across borders, and where technology directly supports doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, laboratories, and patients in their daily work.
In this article, we’re taking a snapshot of all proprietary products developed in CGM Software Romania, as they stand today, in 2026. These are not selected highlights or flagship initiatives, this is the complete portfolio of products our teams in Romania actively work on.
Every solution you’ll find below is 100% a CGM-owned product, built, evolved, and maintained by CGMers in Romania, and used in multiple countries and healthcare systems.

Dokuassistant
Our project provides AI-driven medical documentation by capturing the doctor–patient conversation and generating a structured medical summary with diagnoses, therapy, medication history, and all key clinical details. It saves physicians time by removing the need for manual note-taking and allowing them to stay fully focused on the patient, while still giving them full control to edit the summary afterward. The solution is already integrated into major CGM platforms, including Turbomed, Reha, Albis, and the G3 Praxis ecosystem; and currently supports German, French, and Italian, with further market expansion underway.
MediCenter (iFAP)
ifap MediCenter is an integrated digital platform for healthcare professionals in Germany, providing secure, up-to-date information on prescription medications. Its primary function is to allow doctors and medical assistants to efficiently search for, review, and select appropriate drugs for patients, while ensuring compliance with current medical and regulatory standards.
Praxis
Praxis is an innovative healthcare software solution developed by CGM, designed to streamline, digitalize, and optimize all core processes within a modern medical practice. The core mission of Praxis is to empower healthcare professionals by simplifying practice management, enhancing patient care, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
License Management
CGM License Management is a central, ready-to-use licensing API that helps CGM products validate licenses and receive updates automatically—so teams don’t have to build (and maintain) their own licensing stack. It supports the full license lifecycle, from SAP-driven license creation and updates to manual licenses via configurable templates, backed by strong governance with roles, audit trails, and license statistics. And it’s not just APIs: LM also comes with a user-friendly web app that gives teams a simple, clean way to manage and oversee their license estate—resulting in faster delivery, less manual order-processing effort, and more reliable license data.
Smart Update
CGM Smart Update is CGM’s standard remote update service for on-prem software, designed to deliver the right release to the right customers with confidence and minimal friction. It enables smart rollouts using SAP customer data, while adding operational muscle through telemetry collection and remote monitoring to spot issues early. Bottom line: teams ship updates faster, and customers get a smoother, more dependable update experience.
AI-Platform
The aim of the AI-Platform initiative is to create a robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports multi-tenant environments and facilitates efficient application deployment and management. The platform is designed to provide a comprehensive suite of core services and tools that enable developers to build, deploy, and manage AI-driven applications seamlessly. By leveraging modern technologies such as Azure, EKS, Dapr.io, and Argo CD, the AI-Platform aims to ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
ChatCGM
ChatCGM is an AI-powered conversational tool by CGM that uses advanced Large Language Models to deliver human-like responses, combining public knowledge with proprietary sources such as product manuals. It enhances productivity by enabling fast access to information, automating routine tasks, and improving customer satisfaction through accurate, context-aware responses.
Praxisdienst
GHG Praxisdienst (PD) is a Windows-based software product developed by ifap Service Institut für Ärzte und Apotheker GmbH (ifap). It is designed to support outpatient physicians with various medical tools. The integrated medical device module THERAFOX PRO Medical Scores (GHG Praxisdienst Medical Scores - ifap) is intended to provide decision support in the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, and treatment of medical conditions through medical scoring systems that can be used by qualified physicians and other healthcare professionals. Other PD modules include Patient Information, GHG Study Finder, Rare Diseases, Research Network, and Practice Assist.
Data Services
DataServices includes three teams: DataHub, MedWissTool, and legacy PharmLINE. MedWissTool manages and exports pharmaceutical/medical product data, while DataHub integrates and distributes data from multiple sources; PharmLINE serves as a legacy database system which gets imported into DataHub for integration and distribution.
Communication Solutions
Communication solutions, including advanced CMS platforms, provide centralized tools for creating, managing, and optimizing medical content across diverse touchpoints. These solutions enable healthcare organizations to communicate effectively, streamline content management, and ensure compliance with regional regulations. Supporting an international perspective, our products currently serve Germany, France, and Italy. Seamlessly integrated into clinical workflows, they enhance communication and patient outcomes through scalable features, real-time analytics, and robust data protection standards, adapting to the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.

CGM Medico is a medical information system that helps healthcare providers manage patient data, documentation, and clinical workflows. Medico Touch is its mobile extension that gives doctors and nurses quick access to patient records, vital signs, and medical documents. Together, they streamline clinical work and improve the speed and accuracy of patient care.
Molis5
Molis 5 is a laboratory application that supports complex workflows for both human and veterinary analyses, covering sample management, test processing, result validation, and reporting. Designed to be highly configurable and secure, it continuously evolves to meet regulatory, integration, and operational needs across diverse laboratory environments. With decades of experience behind it, the application is continuously evolving through ongoing improvements and enhancements.
Stella (Pharmacy)
Stella is CGM’s new star when we talk about pharmacy management software. It is a one-stop-shop for any professionals in the field, having everything that a user needs: a point of sale that helps you sell medicines (promotions included), a stock management module where you visualize what you have and what you almost ran out (so you can place a new order to your vendors), a VRM (vendors relationship management) module where you keep all your “preferred” suppliers, a CRM (customers relationship management) module where you manage your pharmacy’s clients, making life easier for them and for you. And last but not least, we’re piloting AI into a pharmacy software as we believe this is the future which makes professionals life fun in interacting with machines, and richer when it comes to human relationship.
G3 Nais
Libellia is a new cloud-based generation medical software program designed to simplify the management of private healthcare practices, including patient record management, billing, electronic data transmission, and prescribing, all with a modern and intuitive interface. It aims to provide efficiency and simplicity for caregivers, positioning itself as a digital assistant for smooth daily practice.
G2 AIS
G2 AIS is CGM's ambulatory information system product line for the German market (AIS DE - Arztinformationssystem Deutschland), which includes healthcare practice management software for medical professionals. The system provides comprehensive functionality for medical practices including prescription management, patient documentation, diagnosis tracking with ICD9 codes, and integration with pharmaceutical databases, enabling doctors to efficiently manage their daily workflows from patient records to prescription writing.
Power BI
Microsoft's Power BI brings significant value to CGM CompuGroup by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for better decision-making. Its advanced analytics capabilities help CGM leadership quickly identify trends, track performance metrics, and adapt to changes in the global healthcare market. Power BI’s interactive dashboards and reports support collaboration across different departments, such as finance, R&D, and operations, ensuring everyone can access and act on the latest business intelligence. An important trail is the advanced security features, including role-based access and data encryption, which ensure that sensitive data remains protected and only accessible to authorized users.

CLICKDOC is a digital healthcare platform that makes interaction between doctors and patients more efficient. With features like online appointment booking and secure video consultations, it offers patients the flexibility to schedule and attend medical appointments from anywhere. For medical practices, CLICKDOC helps simplify everyday tasks and cut down on administrative work, while seamlessly fitting into existing healthcare IT systems. Its user-friendly design and commitment to strict data protection standards make CLICKDOC a dependable choice for practices looking to modernize their services without sacrificing security or ease of use.
CLICKDOC PRO
CLICKDOC Pro enables medical and non-medical personnel to manage the activity of the practice. It is possible to configure, visualize and update the calendar in its entirety and also at the level of particular appointments. A close connection between the practice and its patients is maintained through features like online booking, notifications and reminders regarding the appointments, and many more.
CLICKDOC Patient Portal
CLICKDOC Patient Portal is a complete digital healthcare solution that allows patients to manage their medical needs online. It helps patients find healthcare providers, book and organize appointments, access their medical records, get appointment reminders, and take part in secure video consultations with medical professionals.
Patient Request Management
The Patient Request Management project offers digital solutions to healthcare professionals, that help reduce the burden of time-consuming tasks. The project includes the following products:
CGM one Telephone Assistant: An intelligent phone tool that streamlines call handling in medical practices. It automatically answers patient calls, asks relevant follow-up questions—such as for appointment scheduling or prescription refills—and forwards important requests to the practice team, operating 24/7 without manual intervention.
Online Reception: An AI-powered chatbot that provides similar functionality to the telephone assistant, enabling patients to interact through a chat interface.
Patient Request Management application: The central hub for healthcare professionals to view and manage all incoming requests gathered via the Phone Assistant and Online Reception, allowing for effective review and analysis of patient requests.
CLICKDOC Videoconsultation
CGM VideoConsultation is a browser-based software product that enables video and audio sessions between two or more conversation partners. What sets it apart from other video conferencing software is the certified implementation of data protection and data security requirements, as specified by each country's individual legislation.
Offered as a standalone product as well as a white-labeled software for companies wishing to display a unified visual identity to its customers, CGM VideoConsultation is used in many countries (Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, USA, South Africa) and for multiple use cases (private and public practices, doctors, therapists, university hospitals, and more).
Aside from its video call functionality, which allows switching between multiple available cameras even in ongoing calls, users also have at their disposal a wide range of features intended to simplify online consultations and enable information sharing in as many forms as necessary. The whiteboard is designed to share documents of various formats between the participants in a video session, which are displayed simultaneously to all those in attendance in a special display window. Screen sharing is used to share your own screen with the conversation partner in the video session. Other notable call features include: the chat functionality, which can also be downloaded, the possibility to upload and download file, as well as an optional integration with third party payment services.
Moreover, CGM VideoConsultation allows users to organize their calls with patients, for instance by splitting them into custom waiting rooms, which can be set with different contact information for each medical professional, as well as the ability to have an assistant handle all administrative tasks required for patient appointment and consultations.

G3 HIS
CGM G3 Clinical is designed to make hospital operations smoother and smarter by organizing all patient data and medical tasks using a powerful workflows engine. Its central goal is to ensure that everyone involved in patient care can access and share accurate information efficiently, no matter where the data comes from. Highly modular and deeply customizable, CGM G3 adapts to the unique needs of each hospital and local market, allowing institutions to integrate new functions or adjust existing ones without major disruptions—always with the aim of improving care quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
MP9
Medicatieproces 9 (MP9) is the Dutch national standard that defines how medication information must be exchanged safely and consistently between healthcare systems. For CGM Huisarts and CGM Apotheek, the standard ensures that both the GP and pharmacy work with the same, up-to-date medication data throughout the entire process - from prescribing and checking interactions to dispensing and patient use. Its aim is to improve medication safety, reduce errors, and guarantee seamless collaboration and continuity of care between GP practices and pharmacies.
CGM Journal
CGM Journal is an electronic patient journal (EPJ) system used in Norway’s primary healthcare sector. It offers tailored versions for general practice, specialist medicine, emergency care, and health stations, providing dedicated modules for each field. The system integrates with national services such as Helsenorge to support workflows including appointment scheduling, prescription renewals, patient communication, and documentation.
Qualizorg
It enables organizations to capture patient and staff perspectives across the care journey and turn them into intelligent, actionable insights that drive better care and greater value by transforming surveys into a strategic asset for healthcare.
Qualizorg is a healthcare-specialized SaaS platform that collects surveys seamlessly across the care journey (intake, experience, outcomes, communication, staff well-being) and analyzes responses with advanced analytics and AI (e.g., sentiment analysis, benchmarking, predictive insights). It delivers actionable insights via intuitive dashboards tailored for clinicians, managers, and policymakers. All of this by ensuring compliance with GDPR, NEN7510, and upcoming EU AI Act requirements.
Core Metrics
CGM CoreMetrics aims to establish a structured, efficient, and transparent reporting process from team leaders to directors. The focus is on providing meaningful insights and actionable information through value-driven measures and action plans, not just numerical data entry. The webtool supports this by offering a standardized format, seamless data import, integrated approval workflows, easy tracking of tasks and measures, and robust validation to ensure process adherence and data integrity.
CGM Sentinel
Sentinel is a software solution designed specifically for managing and monitoring all relevant devices and components in the telematics infrastructure, especially in larger institutions (such as clinics, hospitals, and medical care centers). This includes connectors (KocoBox), e-health card terminals (ORGA, Cherry), and cards (SMC-B, eGK).
Sentinel provides a comprehensive dashboard with real-time information, the ability to configure multiple devices simultaneously, email notifications for status and error messages, as well as the option to schedule and perform automatic backups.
CGM PIN Robot
The CGM PIN Robot is designed to enhance the efficiency and user-friendliness of e-health card terminals within the telematics infrastructure by eliminating the manual effort required for PIN code entry. This allows healthcare providers to focus on their core tasks while minimizing administrative processes.
Our CGM PIN Robot is developed as an executable application for Windows and features a user-friendly and intuitive interface. Its main function is the automatic PIN entry for the so-called SMC-B cards. The tool securely stores PIN codes and automatically inputs them into the card terminal when needed. The tool is compatible with all common CHERRY and ORGA e-health card terminals.
CGM Card Terminal Service Tool (gSMC-KT Tool)
The Card Terminal Service Tool is particularly useful when the so-called TI certificates of one or more device cards in the card terminals of an institution are about to expire. These affected cards must be replaced before their expiration dates to prevent interruptions to the telematics infrastructure operations in medical practices or pharmacies.
To identify affected card terminals and make the replacement process as simple as possible, we provide the CGM Card Terminal Service Tool, which guides the users through the entire process. With a highly intuitive layout, the tool offers maximum support and significantly facilitates the replacement process, as all relevant process steps are illustrated and partially automated.
Digitaal Recept
The Digitaal Recept (DR) project aims to modernize how pharmacies handle prescriptions by moving from a paper-based process to a digital system. With the DR web application, pharmacy staff can process, check, and dispense prescriptions more efficiently and with better safeguards for patients. This new approach makes daily pharmacy work simpler and reduces reliance on paperwork.
