Storage and security of the data:
The data is processed in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and stored on servers of our processor Qualtrics, LLC, 333 W. River Park Dr., Provo, UT 84604, USA, located in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). The data is stored in encrypted form. The encryption key is held exclusively by CGM, which means that Qualtrics has no access to your data. No further transfer of the data to third parties takes place.
Withdrawal of consent:
By participating in the survey, you consent to the described processing of your personal data (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – for example via the unsubscribe links provided in our communications. Withdrawal of consent or non-participation will not have any negative consequences for you.
Rights of the data subject:
You have the right to request information at any time, in accordance with Article 15 GDPR, about the personal data concerning you. You also have the right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), and data portability (Article 20 GDPR).
