Dr. Guido Schroeder

Dr. Guido Schroeder has been Chief Product & Technology Officer at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA since October 1, 2025. He brings more than 25 years of international experience in technology leadership and product development. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Cegid, overseeing the development of cloud and enterprise solutions for over 750,000 customers worldwide. Earlier, he held leadership positions as Chief Development Officer at Conviva, as CTO and Senior Vice President Engineering at Hitachi Vantara, and played a key role in building and scaling Splunk’s product and technology platform. Previous stations in his career also include SAP, where he led international development teams and drove innovations in analytics and business process management.
