Convention Solutions

The M Resort Spa Casino has provided the shipping information download below to help all participating exhibitors and sponsors ensure a smooth and amazing event. Packages must be addressed as follows:

The Business Center will assess handling fees for inbound and outbound shipments and will be open Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3pm. For any pallets or freight shipment, please schedule dock delivery between 8am and 1pm.

Before the event, please fill out and send the "Handling Fees Only CC Auth" form to businesscenter.nvision@gmail.com.

Exhibitor Labels

Before the event, be sure to place the "Exhibitor Label" form on each of your boxes to avoid confusion. This will ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct booth/table. Sending tracking numbers for shipments is highly encouraged. Due to storage limitations, please do not send packages more than one week in advance of the event.

Business casual.

Fire, Safety & Health

The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with local, city and state ordinances and regulations covering fire, safety, and health. All exhibit equipment and materials must be located within the assigned space. NO combustible material will be stored in or around exhibit space.

Liability & Security

CGM makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that security measures will avert or prevent occurrences, which may result in loss or damage of property. Each exhibitor must make provisions for the safeguarding of his or her goods, materials, equipment, and display at all times. CGM will not be liable for loss or damage to the property of vendors or their representatives or employees from theft, fire, accident, or other causes.

Marketing

Photographs and videos will be taken during the conference, and any photographs or videos taken of conference exhibits, sponsorship and/or participants will be maintained and made available indefinitely by CGM for purposes such as, but not limited to, sales, marketing, research, advertising and educational purposes as CGM shall determine. The copies of these photographs and videos may be hosted on searchable internet media, such as YouTube, etc., and/or other social media networks, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., for marketing, research, advertising and educational purposes, and in other stored medium including the web and portable media devices.

Packages

All packages sent to the M Resort Spa Casino Las Vegas should be received no more than three days prior to the event and marked with the date and name of Event (CGM User Conference, 5-AUG-25). The name of the exhibitor must be clearly marked on all packages.

Exhibitor Requirements

Exhibitors may not promote or sell a product or service that directly competes with a product or service offered by CompuGroup Medical, Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic health record software, practice management systems, laboratory information systems, revenue and billing services, and an EDI clearinghouse.

To ensure that electrical needs are safely met, the M Resort Spa Casino Las Vegas requires at least two (2) weeks advance notification of each Exhibitor’s electrical specifications. There are a limited number of electrical circuits available. If an electrician is required to install additional circuits, additional charges will apply. Rush charges will apply if the M Resort Spa Casino Las Vegas has not received at least two (2) weeks advance notification. Requests for extension cords and/or power strips will be charged accordingly. Special electrical requirements, such as 30 amp circuits, 220-volt outlets, etc., will require planning of at least two (2) weeks advance notice. The assignment of an electrician will be charged accordingly. M Resort Spa Casino Las Vegas also requires two (2) weeks advance notification of other special technical needs such as phone lines, data lines, etc.

Booth Exhibition/Marketing Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests for either vendor sponsorship or sponsorship enhancement fees must be received by 31-MAY-25 in writing, on company letterhead, and signed by an official company representative to receive the 75% refund. Companies cancelling after 31-MAY-25 are required to pay 100% of the contracted price. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, the refund check will be sent 60 days post conference.

In the event CGM must cancel the User Conference at any time due to Unforeseen Circumstances, as defined below, CGM will provide exhibitors with a credit towards the next User Conference or will work with exhibitors on alternative sponsorship opportunities.

Unforeseen Circumstances are defined as circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CGM, such as acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, pandemic, etc.

Booth Attendants

Exhibitors may staff their booth with representatives of their organization only. Partnering companies and other corporate exhibitors require preapproval from CGM and must register separately for their own booths and floorspace.

Exhibit Staff Registration

Each exhibitor who registered in advance will have a printed exhibitor badge available at the exhibitor registration desk. This badge will entitle registered exhibitors admission to the exhibit, meal, and event areas only. Exhibitors must wear badges at all times—including during set-up times, exhibit hours, and dismantling times—in order to enter the exhibit area.

Exhibitors may also be able to register to give a presentation or attend some of our educational sessions, if space permits.

Additional attendees beyond those outlined in your exhibitor package may be registered for a cost of $499 per additional attendee.
