Training Support and Supplemental Documentation
CompuGroup Medical US’s training manuals are written specifically to reinforce the training you receive and to provide an easy-to-use reference for refreshing your knowledge and skills. Training manuals are provided during the initial training visit and electronic copies are available for on-going user training. Supplemental user workbooks are also provided to users via online access. In addition, end-users also have access to scenario-based training, demonstrations and interactive tutorials that enable your staff to train when it fits your time and budget.
CompuGroup Medical US regularly conducts webinar training sessions for specific products in order to reinforce what has been learned and to provide more advanced skills when requested. Our annual CompuGroup Medical Client Connection training and education conference is also an excellent opportunity to conduct refresher training or acquire advanced skills as you network with other users. Finally, online help is always available through our Customer Portal.
