CompuGroup Medical DAQbilling and American Medical Technologies Announce Strategic Partnership

CompuGroup Medical US (CGM), developer of CGM DAQbilling™, has announced a strategic partnership with AmVet Medical Technologies (AMT), a Veteran Owned Emerging Business.

CompuGroup Medical US (CGM), developer of CGM DAQbilling™, has announced a strategic partnership with AmVet Medical Technologies (AMT), a Veteran Owned Emerging Business. AMT, headquartered in Howey, Florida, provides MNS, situation media awareness and 4D GS GPS software for commercial and healthcare applications solutions for small to large business, healthcare, education, local/state and federal government. CGM DAQbilling, a market-leading practice management solution, is widely recognized for its ability to create new opportunities for revenue enhancement for its users.

CGM’s channel partnership program is intended to establish mutually beneficial channel relationships with reputable Healthcare IT organizations, enabling CGM and those channel partners to quickly and effectively enhance product offerings and enter and expand into new markets. Working as alliance partners and serving as a reseller, AMT will be integrating CGM DAQbilling with its RIS PACS offering as well as reselling CGM DAQbilling as a value-added reseller. This partnership gives AMT the ability to offer a full scope of healthcare solutions from CGM to its customer base.

Under this strategic agreement, both CGM and AMT will increase their footprint within the US healthcare market. AMT’s Small Diversity Emerging Business Status gives CGM the ability to pursue opportunities they would otherwise be restricted from, particularly providing access to market segments within the federal government as well as organizations that are required to purchase technology from companies with certain set-aside certifications.

Sachin Duggal, General Manager of CGM DAQbilling, said, “I see the partnership with AMT as a true win-win for both organizations. Both companies have exceptional and complimentary organizational capabilities in the Healthcare IT marketplace. This relationship will allow CGM to provide its industry-proven products to a new audience while simultaneously allowing for AMT to diversify and expand its market offering in the HIT space.”

AMT CEO Hugh Douthit added, “AMT sees this partnership as a natural fit to add to our Diversity Vendor approved status within the following hospital systems; Baptist, Baylor, Bayshore, Broward, Mercy, St. Luke’s and UHS as well as within the Federal Healthcare System. In conjunction with AMT’s fully executed sales contract with Avant Communications and CDW along with providing CGM products on SWEP-V and CIO-CS Federal purchase contract vehicles, the partnership with CGM DAQbilling enables AMT to expand its product offerings to a larger market.”
