CompuGroup Medical has performed one of the largest surveys ever conducted among Czech doctors

2,672 physicians participated in the survey conducted by CompuGroup Medical, an international software company focused on healthcare. From March to May this year, they were asked about their interest in modern technology. Respondents from the ranks of general practitioners, specialists, hospital staff and dentists throughout the Czech Republic said yes to eHealth. They welcome software solutions that make their life easier and work more efficient.

"Continuous feedback is very important for the further development of our products and services. Thanks to the research, we know what Czech doctors need and how we can make their demanding job as easy as possible," Lenka Volfová, Head of Marketing at CompuGroup Medical Czech Republic, explains the motivation for the conduction of the research, and adds: "The survey confirmed our assumption that the further development of eHealth makes sense. However, it must provide immediate benefits to all participants. Doctors are aware that their software solutions make their lives easier and operation of the ambulance much more efficient."

On-line questionnaire was available from mid-March to mid-May 2013. It has been filled by a total of 2,672 health workers. This makes it one of the largest surveys among Czech healthcare staff at all.
