Lena Kaltenmeier
Global Head of Human Resources
Lena Kaltenmeier joined CGM in January 2021 and has since headed the Global Human Resources department. She is also responsible for sustainability, organizational development and facility management. Previously, the psychology graduate held various management positions in the Lufthansa Group. Before joining the aviation industry in 2014, she had held various positions in the HR areas of Executive Advisory, COE and Shared Service at Commerzbank AG since 2005.
