Agnieszka Mögelin-Zinger
Global General Counsel
Agnieszka Mögelin-Zinger is Global General Counsel of CompuGroup Medical since December 1, 2020, with responsibility for global legal affairs as well as compliance, data protection and risk management. Previously, she headed a legal team at LANXESS AG's headquarters in Cologne and coordinated the group's international teams for five years. Before moving to the chemical industry, she was responsible for national and international M&A transactions and joint ventures at the energy group E.ON SE from 2011 to 2016. Agnieszka Mögelin-Zinger started her career as a lawyer in the M&A/Corporate department at the international law firm Linklaters and worked in Frankfurt, London and Düsseldorf for many banks, PE funds and corporations. Before passing her bar exam, she studied law at the European University Viadrina in Germany and in Poland.
