Benedikt Brückle, Senior Vice President Northern America & Canada
Benedikt Brückle heads CompuGroup Medical’s Northern America & Canadia Region. After he had distinguished himself for a successful growth course in the Southern European CGM locations in France and Italy as well as in diverse international projects, he was in charge of the Southern and Western European Region (SWER) since 2014. Before he came to CompuGroup Medical in 2010, he was active for an international business consultancy as well as for the accounting firm KPMG in both Germany and Luxembourg.
Franck Frayer, Senior Vice President Physician Information Systems Europe
Franck Frayer serves as Senior Vice President Physician Information Systems Europe. Before his activity as Senior Vice President, he was in charge of the Connectivity Business Unit, used to be the General Manager of the AIS AxiSanté and, most recently, expanded the market leadership within France as Area Vice President. Before he came to CompuGroup Medical in 2004, Franck fulfilled several missions with the telecommunication company SFR and in the construction industry for VIVENDI, both leaders in their markets.
Dr. Tino Großmann, Senior Vice President Connectivity
Dr. Tino Großmann is the Senior Vice President responsible for the Connectivity segment. This segment bundles all of CGM's activities in the context of the Telematics Infrastructure in Germany as well as the provision of security products for CGM customers. Prior to his position as Senior Vice President, Tino Großmann headed the project to establish the Telematics Infrastructure for CGM as General Manager and subsequently promoted its further expansion. Before joining CGM in 2013, Tino Großmann worked for Allianz in the IT security sector, among others.
Lars Henze, Senior Vice President Dental Information Systems Europe
Lars Henze is in charge of the Dental Information Systems´Europe segment as Senior Vice President. Beforehand, Lars Henze has lead the business segment Pharmacy & Dental in Germany. He has been responsible for a successful profitable growth rate especially in the pharmacy business. Before his career at CGM, Lars Henze lead the sales area in the dental medical technology branch of DANAHER in the Central European Region with various companies. Prior to that, he was responsible for BASF’s area E-Commerce Global as well as for the Business Management Pharma in Europe. Lars Henze completed his Master’s degree in industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe (KIT) in 1996 and did his MBA at the University of Georgia in the US.
Emanuele Mugnani, Senior Vice President Pharmacy Information Systems Europe
Emanuele Mugnani is the Senior Vice President of CompuGroup Medical’s Pharmacy Information Systems sector. He joined CGM at the beginning of 2014 as the General Manager responsible for the Pharmacy Business (PCS) in Italy. He distinguishes himself for the successful integration of all the Italian PCS companies and teams with a significant business growth. Before joining CGM, he was Senior Manager of an international consultancy firm and then he took over the leadership as Managing Director of a leading Italian company specializing in management software for Retail and Hospitality.
Dr. Gerhard Schütz, Senior Vice President Asian & African Region
Dr. Gerhard Schütz is the Senior Vice President Asian & African Region since January 2015. He joined CGM in 2009, running the US Business of CGM and building up a German based billing company in the Ambulatory Information Systems sector. Dr. Schütz has more than 20 years of experience in building up companies from the startup phase as well as managing companies through mergers in the service, logistics and healthcare industry. Before his start at CGM, he ran his own software development and consulting business for several years. Subsequently, he joined Deutsche Post/DHL and held positions in business development and general management for over ten years. Dr. Schütz studied both business administration and applied computer sciences in Berlin and Hagen, Germany, where he also earned his PhD.
Thomas Simon, Senior Vice President Clinical DE-CH
Thomas Simon is responsible for the clinical, social and laboratory business in the DE-CH area (Germany, Switzerland). The graduate in business administration is an excellent connoisseur of the healthcare and social care sector. He has been working in industry-related management positions for more than 20 years - among others as Managing Director of a social economy association and in a leading position in the after-sales department of a worldwide leading German provider of medical products in the field of dialysis technology. His technical and professional focus is the result- and future-oriented development of organizations, systems and processes through healthcare IT.
Arne Westphal, Senior Vice President Physician Information Systems DACH
Arne Westphal, Senior Vice President at CompuGroup Medical Deutschland AG, is responsible for the medical information systems business in the DACH area Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Previously, he served as Vice President, General Manager and Managing Director of Cerner Health Services Deutschland GmbH until mid-2016. Since 2012 he was responsible for the German Healthcare IT business at Siemens Healthcare, and also for the Healthcare Consulting business in Germany since 2013.
