CompuGroup Medical SE Reports Results for First Quarter of 2019

CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM) today reported its financial results for the first quarter of 2019. The Koblenz-based company, one of the world's leading providers of eHealth solutions, generated a revenue of EUR 175 million compared to EUR 166 million in the same period of the previous year. Also favored by regulatory accounting changes, consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) and operating margin both rose to EUR 50 million and 28 percent in the first quarter of 2019, compared with EUR 39 million and 23 percent in the same period of the previous year.

Upcoming changes to the CGM Management Board

CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM) today announced that Christian Teig will be departing from his position as Chief Financial Officer effective July 31st, 2019. CGM has appointed Michael Rauch who will take over as new CFO from August 1st, 2019. Christian Teig will remain for some time at CGM to ensure a smooth transition.

CompuGroup Medical SE – Preliminary Results 2018

CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM), one of the world's leading providers of eHealth solutions, today announced the preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2018. The Koblenz-based company closed the fourth quarter with revenues of EUR 194 million, representing organic growth of 18 percent compared with EUR 164 million in the same period of the previous year. With an operating margin of 26 percent, consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose from EUR 37 million (2017) to EUR 51 million in the fourth quarter of 2018.

CompuGroup Medical SE announces results for third quarter of 2018

CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM) today announced its financial report for the third quarter of 2018. With a turnover of EUR 166 million, the company could achieve organic growth of 20 percent compared to the same period last year (EUR 138 million). EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) amounted to EUR 37 million compared to EUR 28 million in the third quarter of 2017, with the operating margin rising from 20 to 22 percent.

CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM) today published its financial report for the second quarter of 2018. The company, one of the world's leading providers of eHealth solutions, generated sales of EUR 190 million compared to EUR 140 million in the same period last year. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) amounted to EUR 54 million compared to EUR 33 million in the second quarter of 2017. After a good start in the first quarter, the company continues to develop very positively across all business segments.

Only a few weeks after signing the contract, the St. Marien Hospital in Ratingen now has a running connection to the telematics infrastructure in five outpatient clinics.

CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM) today presented the financial report for the first quarter of 2018. The company, one of the leading global providers of eHealth solutions, achieved revenue of EUR 166 million compared to EUR 142 million in the same period last year. This corresponds to 17 percent organic growth. The operating profit (EBITDA) increased 29 percent and reached EUR 39 million in the quarter. The corresponding operating margin was 23 percent, up from 21 percent last year.

CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM) today presented the preliminary financial report for the fourth quarter and full year 2017. The Koblenz company, one of the leading global providers of eHealth solutions, delivered a fourth quarter revenue of EUR 164 million – this corresponds to a growth of 6 percent compared to EUR 154 million in the same period of last year. With an operating margin of 23 percent, consolidated operating profit before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) increased from EUR 36 million in 2016 to EUR 37 million in 2017.

The Belgian company develops software solutions for dentists, orthodontists, and periodontists. Following the recent acquisition of Barista in August 2017, ATX is the next step to strengthen CompuGroup Medical’s presence in Belgium. CompuGroup Medical is thereby once more confirming its intention to continuing investments into the Belgian eHealth market for the benefit of its customers. CGM plays a leading role in the development of global eHealth solutions and enjoys market leadership in Germany as well as in other key European countries.

Nationwide digitization in healthcare begins: CGM products receive gematik accreditation for the Telematics Infrastructure (TI)

CompuGroup Medical Deutschland AG (CGM) is the first company to receive accreditation by gematik for all required products and services to connect to the Telematics Infrastructure (TI). These products and services include the primary software for doctors, dentists and hospitals as well as the connector, the VPN access service, and the e-health card terminal. From now on, CGM has all the required capabilities to connect doctor and dental practices to the new digital healthcare information highway in Germany. Many thousands of orders have already been placed for the components that have now become available for delivery.

Today, CompuGroup Medical SE (CGM) presented the financial report for the third quarter of 2017. The company plays a leading role in the development of global e-health solutions and enjoys market leadership in Germany as well as in other key European countries. CGM achieved revenue of EUR 138 million compared to EUR 136 million in the same period last year. The operating profit (EBITDA) reached EUR 28 million, same as in the third quarter 2016.

Arena in Koblenz: CompuGroup Medical SE to acquire naming rights

The Koblenz arena is to bear the new name “CGM ARENA” (formerly known as Conlog Arena) as of January 01, 2018. The naming rights contract is to be for seven years with an option for renewal. The contract was signed at city hall on November 8, 2017.
