CGM PORTAL Users - Trusted devices and MFA now supported – required by September 1
We are excited to announce that we have enhanced the security of our CGM PORTAL by introducing support for Trusted Devices along with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). These new features are designed to provide you with an extra layer of security while ensuring a more convenient user experience.
Optional MFA with Trusted Devices:
While the use of MFA is currently optional, we highly recommend enabling it to protect your account. MFA adds an additional step to the login process, making it significantly more difficult for unauthorized users to gain access. With the new Trusted Devices feature, you can streamline your login process on devices you frequently use, making MFA both secure and convenient.
Mandatory MFA from September 1:
Please be advised that starting from September 1st, MFA will become mandatory for all CGM PORTAL users. We encourage you to enable MFA at your earliest convenience to ensure a smooth transition and continued protection of your account.
How to set up MFA:
Setting up MFA on your account is straightforward. For detailed instructions, please visit the following link: How to set up MFA.
