CGM Portal update – Critical alert, software release, support and service update notifications, and more

With the implementation of our “Latest News” section in the CGM Portal dashboard, we wanted to be sure that our customers and partners know that this location is where you should expect to see a number of important and useful announcements.

We will leverage this to post critical alerts related to CGM solutions or partners, new release notifications, support and service updates, and much more. Please review this and regularly check back for critical issues, notifications, and updates.

CGM Support hours update

In observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, CGM Support will be closed on December 22 and 25, 2023 as well as January 1, 2024. On these days, CGM Support will be available for critical support only via our support line, (877) 564-4414. 

We will resume our normal hours at 8 AM ET on December 26, and again on January 2, respectively.
