To improve practice organization German physicians focus on intelligent medical information systems
  

Towards the end of the year, Germany’s physicians state their goals for the coming year: Four in ten physicians (38.2 percent) want to optimize their practice organization by means of new software products. A third of the respondents (36.8 percent) require intelligent medical software to indicate possible medication interactions. The CGM HealthMONITOR is a joint initiative of CompuGroup Medical, the Medical Tribune and the Rhein-Zeitung. It carries out representative monthly surveys of 440 general practitioners with regard to current issues in the healthcare system.
